Refund Policy

All products sold by ECflow are digital content (downloadable e-books, templates, guides, etc.). Due to their digital nature, they are generally non-refundable. However, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if either of the following applies:

• The product cannot be downloaded or does not work as intended
• The product materially differs from its description on the product page

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind, or no longer needing a product that is fully functional (we do not offer no-questions-asked refunds)
• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
• Products already downloaded following an accidental purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us with your payment transaction ID (from PayPal, Stripe, Payhip, etc.), or your name, email address, and the product name:

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Note

This policy coexists with the refund rules of the purchase platform (e.g., Payhip). Platform rules may differ.
